I won’t spoil the surprise. I will point out that serial killers generally tend to keep killing until they are caught, get too old, or die. Yet, the person outed as the Ripper in this episode stopped early on. That makes me question if the individual was the Ripper. There are numerous suspects who have enough evidence against them to make equally compelling cases against them.

I would much rather these experts deal with recent cases where the murderers are still alive. Jack is dead and has been for a long time.
