This is an uptade to my earlier post – Update to Gabby Petito Case – September 18, 2021 – this case keeps getting stranger. Dog the Bounty Hunter has joined the case – https://www.news4jax.com/news/2021/09/27/i-will-find-him-dog-the-bounty-hunter-joins-search-for-gabby-petitos-boyfriend/. Here’s wherte Dog the Bounty Hunter thinks Brian is – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z04z_OEbbzM. They issued a warrant for debit card fraud for Brian. If you are not familiar with the U. S. Constitution, if they arrest him and he requests a speedy trial, the government only has so long to bring it to court.
Reality star Duane “Dog” Chapman, also known as Dog the Bounty Hunter, has joined the search for Brian Laundrie, the subject of a statewide manhunt following the death of his 22-year-old girlfriend Gabby Petitio.
According to the Daily Mail, the 68-year-old Chapman visited the North Port home of Laundrie’s parents on Saturday in pursuit of the couple’s fugitive son.
“I will find him,” he told the Daily Mail.
Last week, federal officials in Wyoming charged Laundrie with unauthorized use of a debit card, alleging he used a Capital One Bank card and someone’s personal identification number to make unauthorized withdrawals or charges worth more than $1,000 during the period in which Petito went missing.

Turns out Brian died in the swamp although his body was only recently found due to water receding.

They sent his body to a forensic expert to see if they could determine how he died. From what they found, they couldn’t determine cause of death. It may be months before they know anything. It wouldn’t surprise me if a gator, some poisonous snake, or some other critter got him. I heard some people asking why they didn’t issue an arrest warrant for the murder. Under the Constitution, they only have so many days to hold someone if the person demands right to a speedy trial. I knew someone who had 2 strikes in a 3 strike state. He did break and entry with no weapon. so he didn’t ask for a speedy trial.. By the time the trial rolled around, he had spent more time in jail so the D. A. dropped the charge. Thankfully, he turned his life around and no longer does crime as he got clean of his drug habit.

Good point about the liability of early arrest

A point missed by many including so-called experts. Sad thing is how many people claimed to see him before the body was discovered.
