A car-aircraft hybrid, which can transform from a sports car into an aircraft in less than three minutes, is now certified to fly in Slovakia.
The AirCar, developed by Klein Vision, received a certificate of airworthiness from the Slovak Transport Authority in January.

Surprised me as I thought we were nowhere near close to car plane transformation. I doubt the feds have considered the ramifications of this problem. I expect there will be more regulations down the road once they realize the problems this will cause.

Hopefully before they are needed although the feds tend to wait until a disaster happens before implementing new regs. Here’s hoping they deal with the issue before it becomes a problem.
