Cats meow and dogs bark, correct? Well, one TikTok video has shown that this isn’t always the case.

In footage, which was shared to the social media app by a woman called Courtney Cates, we can see her little tabby kitten standing on the back of a sofa.

The pet lets out a little squeal and cocks its head before stepping forward and letting out a short sharp sound that is similar to a dog barking.
