For those who don’t know, my WordPress account was suspended the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, November 24, 2021. After numerous appeals, they restored my account today. Turns out I was violating too many scheduled posts. As I had been doing it for several years, you would think they would have noticed it shortly after I started doing it. I will no longer be scheduling posts to avoid the problem in the future.
I will try to vary how often I post to avoid the problem of posting too many times in a row. I am glad that WordPress listened to my explanation even though it took a few emails back and forth for them to understand and inform me why my account was suspended. Once I realized the problem, I told them I wouldn’t schedule posts although that’s my preferred way of doing it. I will do my best to unofficially schedule posts throughout the day. I will do this by posting them once I finish a post.
I tried to download all posts and related items, but every time I tried to do it, it failed. I was able to download all posts, and had managed to download several separate issues as I didn’t think they would restore my account.
“It’s always something”…and seemingly, more and more the something is WordPress. Hope it all works out for you.

The fact they were willing to restore my blog was a great start.

WordPress is giving me a hard time right now by not replying to my email. Same issue.

E-mailing is the best solution although they can be picky about responding to e-mails. I had send several e-mails before getting a response other than a canned response.

They have some guidelines and policies but they haven’t thought of everything. Basically what they’re saying now is that if you delete your email account, you will lose the wordpress account. And I have provided the original uploads/screenshots from my laptop!
