Mount Rainier: Ohanapecosh — McGee Travel Tales

After a six mile hike over Rampart Ridge and a picnic I was exhausted but not ready to go back to the cabin. So as Keltin drove from one side of the park to the other I napped in the car. The napped saved me and made sure that I had plenty of energy for the next hike. This section of the park is named after the river that runs through the area: Ohanapecosh River. This area of the park is beautiful and delicate.
