As my neighborhood has a few eccentric types in the area – drug dealers, prostitutes, and other criminals – typical for many neighborhoods in Wichita. I wasn’t surprised to see a police car in front of my place. In general, they are dealing with whatever situation they are investigating. The police officer didn’t ask me anything as I don’t know how long he was in the area before I showed up. It looked like he was filing a report on his laptop.
I also have a few “cute” neighbors who use stupid Wi-Fi call labels – FBI Surveillance Van (or similar law enforcement), Patty Hearst, among others. Personally, I wouldn’t use FBI or other law enforcement labels for my Wi-Fi connection as there are some criminals who might take the label seriously and that would turn out bad for the person using the label. As my home Internet is my phone for now, it’s whatever the phone company gives me for a label.
I prefer not to use unwise, stupid, or foolish labels for my Wi-Fi connection even when I use a major company to access the Internet at home. I tend to block my Wi-Fi connection as much as possible within the guidelines of the ISP I am using.
Wow didn’t know you lived in a rough area, hope everything was ok…

Got back from the eye surgeon a little bit ago. The first cataract surgery is September 1, the earliest they could get me in. Looks like the other eye has a cataract, but that’s less important as that eye is the worse of the two in terms of correctedness. I ask you keep in me in prayer as the better eye could lose sight before the surgery happens.
