Like it or not, sweltering temperatures are on their way!

Living with chronic illnesses like fibromyalgia and autoimmune arthritis is not easy. There are so many things that can trigger our symptoms. Temperature is a big one for me! My muscles and nerves react to even the slightest change in temperature and only worsen if I cannot cool down quickly.
