MHGS Re-opens Tomorrow – April 5, 2021

MHGS, Midwest Historical and Genealogical Society, http://mhgswichita.org/ re-opens tomorrow. They have been mostly closed since early December. They were briefly opened as needed for drop-in if someone called to schedule an appointment. They also receive mail for different things, mostly requests for copies of things there are not available online. Starting tomorrow, it will open Tuesdays and Saturdays Noon – 4 PM. The newsletter said opening earlier, but checking the calendar it shows Noon for opening. Those are the regular days it was open before the pandemic happened last year. They dropped hours significantly once the pandemic became more widespread. As some things are only available at the society, I have missed going. Glad to see it’s opening back up.
