tellmeGen – DNA Saturdays March 13, 2021

I heard about a new DNA company out there – tellmeGen https://www.tellmegen.com/. It was mentioned in some social media groups. It is based in Spain. I checked my past posts and I mentioned it once Alphabetical List of DNA Testing Companies in January 2019. Looks like the Amazon link still works: https://www.amazon.com/DNA-Test-Health-Pharmacological-Compatibility/dp/B01A0W1D9E/ where it is $139.00 as of today. It looks at more than 750,000 SNPs. That’s comparable to some of the better companies out there. There are some compatible issues when trying to upload to some of the free websites. I updated the information in my earlier post to reflect the current price. If you order more than one kit at a time, it’s somewhat cheaper. Here is the Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/tellmeGen. Most of the later written reviews weren’t very positive. The earlier reviews were positive.

Here’s a couple of reviews: https://nebula.org/blog/tellmegen-review/ (done January 2021); https://www.pcworld.com/article/3412154/tellmegen-dna-test-review.html (done September 2019). Both seem more positive. It’s a saliva sample kit.

Thought this was a good DNA Saturday post.
