I have more than some, but not as much as others. However, I am content with what I have. It’s enough to get me through the times. My home Internet is my one phone. By day 2 of the 30 day billing cycle, it’s down to 2G instead of 4G LTE and remains that way for the rest of the billing cycle. It can be a challenge posting some things with 2G, but I manage to get things done.
I am trying to move to a warmer winter climate, but know it will only happen if the Lord allows it. Years ago, I wanted to move, but after praying about the move for months, I got the distinct feeling it was not time for a move. I had the money, but learned a long time ago to listen when I believe the Lord is saying don’t do a move.
I have been praying if it’s time to move, but with the addition of “not my will, but the Lord’s will” included as part of the prayer. I am not getting a clear answer at this time. It can take months before I may know. The good news is weather is warming up and should continue to do so.
Moving can be a challenge. I don’t plan on taking furniture as I don’t have much and I can always pick up furniture at various places if I wind up moving. In most moves, I gave away or donated a lot of stuff. In one move as a child, we had so little space to move that we could only pick one toy to take with us as space in our vehicle was that limited.
I couldn’t do this today, but in one airplane move, I had so much stuff on me that wouldn’t be allowed today. It was a challenge moving from gate to gate as it was a large airport. I managed to make the gate with time to spare. I had sent a bunch of stuff by delivery as there was no way to carry it on the plane. Found out if it’s more than 70 pounds, it costs extra to ship.
