Appearing and Disappearing Monoliths and Monolith Memes -Weirdness Wednesdays December 9, 2020

I posted about this recently – The mysterious silver monolith in the Utah desert has disappeared – CNN November 29, 2020. Seems a few more monoliths have appeared and disappeared since that time. The monolith memes haven’t disappeared as you can find them on various social media sites – https://www.bigcountryhomepage.com/weird-news/more-monoliths-materialize-around-the-world-as-memes/. Here’s an article on USA Today that documents the appearances and disappearances of actual monoliths: https://www.usatoday.com/story/travel/news/2020/12/08/monolith-timeline-appearances-disappearances-around-world/6491015002/.

SALT LAKE CITY (KTVX) – After the Utah desert monolith took the world by storm, another sighting was reported in Romania, then in California. Now, even more monoliths are materializing out of thin air around the globe, or at least online.

Following the discovery of the original monolith on November 18, in a remote area of the Utah desert, crowds have been flocking to sneak a peek.
