I did a research paper for my Master’s thesis on nonprofit usage of social media. When I started it, MySpace was king, but after several years Facebook dethroned them. My thesis was nonprofits weren’t doing enough with social media. The thesis was published in 2011. I doubt much has changed in the last 9 years.
