She Changed the World Collection Builder – North Carolina Digital Collections – November 19, 2020

I check out the North Carolina Digital Collections website – https://digital.ncdcr.gov/, NCpediahttp://ncpedia.org/ and a few other North Carolina related websites on a regular basis. I noticed the She Changed the World article today – https://she-changed-world.cb.ncpedia.org/. The collection is built using the Collection Builder – https://collectionbuilder.github.io/.

You can learn more about how to utilize the Collection Builder using the She Changed the World link above. I am still working with it to see what I can find. As my paternal grandmother and her ancestors were from North Carolina I am hoping to find something on their ancestors. Some of the surnames were unusual enough I may be able to find something. Not seeing a lot at this point, but some of the areas I am looking don’t appear to have been digitized yet. I am seeing more on the North Carolina Digital Collections at this point.
