I decided to focus on Dante Labs – https://www.dantelabs.com/ for this week’s DNA Saturdays post. I haven’t tested with them, but from various people on social media who have tested with them, there are some major problems getting timely results from the company. I see many reports from people who have tested with the company that indicate long delays in getting results and other problems. Likewise, when people post on the company’s Facebook page about an issue – https://www.facebook.com/DanteLabs, they are often ignored or told to use a contact e-mail. Yet, some of the responses on their Facebook page are customers who used the contact e-mail and haven’t gotten responses. I belong to a Dante Labs and Nebula Genomics Customers Facebook group; it’s private and run by customers. I see similar issues reported in that group as I do on the Dante Labs Facebook page. I would recommend finding out more information from people who have issues getting results before doing an order with them. They seem to be hit or miss as some people get results fine and others don’t get results.
