Military Records at Some Genealogy Sites Are Free – November 5, 2020

When I checked FindMyPast today – https://www.findmypast.com/blog/new/wartime-photos, I saw they are offering free access to military records November 5 – 12, 2020, premium collections excluded – see the link for more details. Usually Ancestry and MyHeritage offer some sort of free military records access around Veteran’s Day – November 11th. I am not seeing anything posted on Ancestry or MyHeritage, but I will keep checking as they tend to offer some free access around this time. It may be for a specific war or time period. I tend to check all three sites daily in case something new has been posted that is genealogy or DNA related. I will check later today and over the next few days as November 11th falls on next Wednesday.
