Last night I posted a new Sticky post – Current DNA Sales October 29, 2020. What surprised me were two new sales – MyHeritageDNA ends two days from now and 23andMe’s Thanksgiving Sale ends November 26, 2020. LivingDNA 30% off sale has been going on for a while. MyHeritageDNA has been offering their basic kit for $59 as part of #3 below for a while. That includes a number of other items where the total package runs $199.
The prices and availability/unavailability statuses haven’t changed from yesterday as I checked shortly before posting.
I expect as we get closer to Black Friday/Cyber Monday and the end of the year, new sales will show up from FamilyTree DNA (FTDNA), and AncestryDNA. I expect MyHeritageDNA will offer a new sale around that time as well. Sometimes year-end sales are better than Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sales and sometimes not. Black Friday is November 27th this year. As 23andMe’s Thanksgiving Sale ends November 26th, I expect there will be a Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale starting November 27th.
Here’s the first part of the post from yesterday –
