Here’s a good reference for DST around the world – Some locations may delay or cancel DST for 2020 so check with an area before going with it following DST this year if the area was using DST last year. Here’s a good chart for the number of countries and locations using DST (75 this year) –

For most of the U. S., the current start and end dates for DST can be found at For dependencies and territories, those are covered in this link: Palmyra Atoll, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Minor Outlying Islands, and US Virgin Islands do not use DST per the link.

Daylight Saving Time (DST) in most of the United States starts on the 2nd Sunday in March and ends on the 1st Sunday in November.

Which States Don’t Use DST?

Most of Arizona and Hawaii don’t use DST. Indiana introduced DST in 2006.
