New Court Records Over 379 Million Available for Free – August 24, 2020

In doing research, I came across judyrecords – https://www.judyrecords.com/. As of a few minutes ago, the site offers over 379 million records. That’s more the combined U. S. population. Here’s a breakdown – https://www.judyrecords.com/stats.

Assault records 5.2. million+ records

theft records 8.4 million+ records

eviction records 4.1 million+ records

bankruptcy records 1.6 million+ records

paternity records 2 million+ records

They are adding a lot of records daily. The records are listed with the first 200,000 results. You may have to dig through a lot of records. They make it clear they don’t have all court records. For some cases, you will need to visit or contact the local courthouse to get the records. If the name is too common, you may need to try and narrow it down in other ways. It includes other records like marriage, divorce, name changes, adoptions, probate and estate records. It’s pretty basic in search features.

As an update, I checked an uncle and he was found guilty of a traffic violation. It didn’t list the traffic offense, but it gave a link where I may be able to get more information. I used the link and found two records. The traffic citation involved a minor wreck with a bit over $100 assessed by the court. The other case was my uncle’s probate record. His daughter was an attorney and was the executrix of the will.
