I decided to focus on Jetmore, Kansas for this week’s Kansas Tuesdays post. Decided that Haun Museum – http://www.jetmorekansas.com/community/business-directory/1337/haun-museum/ was the choice for this week’s post. Sometimes called the T. S. Haun House or misspelled as Hahn Museum.

Haun Museum

Haun Museum is located in the heart of the downtown in Jetmore, KS.  Open on weekends between Memorial Day and Labor Day: 

 Sat 9-noon and 1-4 p.m. 

Sundays 1-5 p.m.

Other times we will gladly open by appointment and special request.  Call 620.357.8831.

Long Business Description:The Haun Museum was founded in 1965 and located at the first stone house that was built in Jetmore in the 1800’s. The whole block is made of native limestone. the Museum offers you a chance to get a glimpse of what life was like for the early settlers and exhibits life of the 1920’s and 1930’s.
