I know my maternal grandmother’s birthdate. I am not seeing anything that happened on that date although it was September 16, 1895 in south Mississippi – Harrison County; don’t know if she was born at home or at a hospital so not sure which town. What little I find was this writer was born the same day – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zainal_Abidin_Ahmad_(writer).
