Today’s discover prompt is Grateful.
From my earlier post – Join Our Discover Daily Prompts in April! — The Daily Post which has more details on the discover prompts. A search showed today’s prompt is Grateful.
Here’s the direct link: Grateful.
I am grateful for Jesus who gave His life to take our place. I am grateful for God who provides all of my needs and those things He knows will benefit me.
I am grateful for family, both family by birth and family who aren’t by birth, but treat me like I am family.
I am grateful for friends who are like family.
I am grateful for my health including the health issues I face.
I am grateful for having a place to stay, enough food to eat, and being able to pay my bills.
I am grateful for living in a country that lets me worship without fear. A country where I have the right and the obligation to vote for elected officials. I’m grateful for living in a country where people are free to speak their mind openly. I realize no country is perfect as we live in an imperfect world. However, there are plenty of worst countries I could live in.
I am thankful for the blessings I receive, and especially the ones I think are not blessings, but actually are blessings.
I am grateful for things that are too many to count.
Though you wrote this in April this is still true the reasons you listed for being grateful.
