I am working on several updates to recent posts. In the first case, I received a Facebook Message from a company and responded back over 3 hours ago. I have yet to hear back as of a few minutes ago. I will update once I get a response.
Next, this was an oversight on my part Upgrading to Big Y-700 and Factoid Tests at FamilyTree DNA April 24, 2020.
I forgot to include a key detail. As I previously ordered the Big Y-500, I was told the raw data for the upgrade was free. Pretty cool as it runs $100+ or so if you want the raw data and haven’t done the Big Y-500 previously. Many people don’t want the raw data, but I do. As of now, they haven’t batched any of the tests I ordered yet. I got a fraud alert yesterday from my financial institution. They get picky if I have a company bill twice in one hour so I was expecting the automated call. I verified both charges as valid which meant the charges were paid yesterday instead of two days prior.
No word on my niece’s condition, but if things had taken a turn for the worse, she, her husband, or my sister would have posted on Facebook.
Seems I forgot what the fourth update was to be. If I recall it later, I will add it to the company update once I hear back from them.
