I sense a class action lawsuit in the making. In case, Altice Mobile has binding arbitration and/or no class action lawsuit clauses, that won’t shield them from getting hit with a class action lawsuit. Plenty of companies have these clauses and wind up getting hit with, and losing, class action lawsuits. All it takes is an attorney or law firm to find a judge and convince them the case should be a class action lawsuit.
At best, they don’t get hit with a lawsuit, but they lose a fair number of existing customers and alienate potential customers by what they did. Offering lifetime 50 GB at a great price and less than 6 months later, slashing it to 20 GB and raising the cost is going to be something people are not going to forget. I don’t live in an area served by the company, but I will not trust any future lifetime offer made by them.
