Great Dismal Swamp Canal Welcome Center, South Mills/Camden – North Carolina Thursdays February 13, 2020

Updated: Added Yelp link I found.

I started a westward track for this week’s North Carolina Thursdays post. settled on Camden County and checked out what to do there. I noticed the Great Dismal Swamp Canal Welcome Center – It’s temporarily closed for the swamp boat tour, but should open again in the next couple of months.  Should be fun to see how much I can find out about the swamp. I grew up in an area that had swamps not too far away and there were nearby marshes in my home county.
