I saw this on YouTube – How These Pilots Landed a Roofless Boeing 737 | Hanging By A Thread | Aloha Airlines 243 | 4K – YouTube Video TheFlightChannel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9-bBLr17KCc (about 15:55 minutes long).

There was only one person lost in this incident. Some passengers noticed what should have been a warning sign, but did not appear to pass on the information to the crew. If I see what I think is a problem as I am boarding, I would let the crew know AND not finish boarding. I would go back to the gate, inform the staff at the gate, and ask for a later flight. I used to be amazed at how many passengers noticed something and didn’t report it to the crew.
