I am a big supporter of self-published. It’s the way of the future. Traditional publishers have ignored the threat from Amazon and other publishing alternatives too long and are finding themselves on the way out the door. Traditional publishers are cutting corners in ways that are coming back to haunt them. The odds of getting picked up by a traditional publisher are very low. The disadvantages of traditional publishing far outweigh the shrinking benefits.
