LivingDNA Kit Update – January 7, 2020

When I got home last night, my LivingDNA kit was in my mailbox. It was mailed from North Carolina and the return shipping label has me shipping it to Georgia.

I swabbed this afternoon and will be dropping in a nearby mailbox later tonight. I am not at home or I would have dropped it on the way. This mailbox only gets picked around 10 A. M. or so it won’t go out tonight. I wrote down the tracking number on the return shipping label so I can track it once it updates sometime tomorrow. I removed the wrapper as it included information that wasn’t necessary to the photo.

Don’t know if this video will work as it’s supposed to only work once a kit has been activated. I finally got the video to work for after activating the kit. It makes a great point to rotate the cheek swab as you are swabbing and do that for 45 – 60 seconds. I normally rotate cheek swab kits anyway. There is a tracking label you are to place on cheek swab container. This is an internal control so they know where your swab is as it goes through the pipeline.

Don’t know if this video link will work as it’s supposed to only work once a kit has been activated. I finally got the video to work after switching to using my back-up data plan instead of Wi-Fi. I activated the kit as soon as I opened it before trying the video.
