I re-blogged Blogtober Day 10 – World Mental Health Day – Suicide Prevention 2019 — LittleTinkablee that will go into better detail.

I have worked for several mental health agencies and volunteer for a few more. In addition to those qualifications, I have had friends, family members, co-workers, and others either attempt suicide or commit suicide. In many cases, these were individuals who appeared outwardly strong, but were facing battles they weren’t sharing. A close friend killed himself and it was a surprise to his wife, me, and others who thought he was doing well. Some of the people I know who killed themselves did it in ways that don’t show up as suicide.

If you are having suicidal thoughts or feelings, please get help.
