I haven’t watched the video in full yet – ISRO vs ESA : India vs 22 European Countries! – YouTube Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7LFcLEol4oc (about 5:15 minutes long), but in terms of long-term, my money’s on India to win.
The big question is which country or group will be #4 to soft land on the moon. A number of countries, including the EU, have tried and failed.
