Decided the following was this week’s DNA Saturdays post – Okay, I saw part of this sale on Debbie‘s blog – https://cruwys.blogspot.com/2019/07/myheritage-enters-genetic-health.html. Her blog is a U. K. blog so sale prices are different. A person pointed out another blogger who mentioned the MyHeritageDNA Health+Ancestry test today. I checked MyHeritage‘s blog – https://blog.myheritage.com/ and a few other places on MyHeritage’s website, and I don’t see any recent mention of the new test.
I mentioned the Health+Ancestry MyHeritageDNA test back in May 2019 – MyHeritageDNA Adds Ancestry / Health Option $199; $59 Sale Extended June 2, 2019 for Regular DNA Test. If you uploaded your raw data from another company, you don’t qualify for the cheaper upgrade price. I uploaded my raw data from 23andMe so I don’t qualify for the cheaper upgrade. If you recently tested directly with MyHeritageDNA with the latest test, there is an upgrade price that is better. However, not all is lost as there is a sale going on if you don’t qualify for the upgrade price.
In doing some additional digging, I came across this link: https://www.myheritage.com/health. The test is on sale for $149; sale ends in 2 days, regular price $199. If you only want the regular DNA test without Health results, it’s on sale for $59 – https://www.myheritage.com/dna. You should be able to upgrade later if you decide to add health results.
