In general these days, I only spend about 25% of my time sleeping. I find that more than 6 hours sleep makes me more tired than the days where I only get 30 minutes of sleep. It helps (? – maybe not) that I have a sleep disorder the doctors haven’t figured out which one. They did rule the deadly one since I have lived a lot longer than the 3 years that people who have it.
What drew me to re-blog this post was the title. I didn’t realize there were bamboo pillows. I may get one day as it sounds like something that can’t hurt.
