I would question the long-term health consequences of such a prolonged period of depriving one’s body of such a large amount of calories and other nutrients one misses out by not regularly eating. As mentioned in the YouTube video, 40 days is considered the maximum normal fasting period. And that’s only if you are healthy enough to pull it off.
It’s worth noting that he was drinking fluids and taking vitamin supplements; however vitamins and mineral supplements can only do so much. I consider this one of the most dangerous ways to lose weight. They may be other more dangerous ways, but this is pretty high on the list in my opinion.
