      I am tech savvy enough to make a good guess, but usually it’s due to either a browser issue, a device issue or a combination of the two issues. With my one phone, I can’t add a lot of new stuff because it came close to maxed out in memory. With it, I am stuck with a basic browser that’s pretty limited in what it can do.
