DNA Day Pilgrims Leiden, the Netherlands Update

Update: April 23, 2019: Received a report the Like button was not working for some. I am not an IT person and I am hoping it’s a temporary situation, but will see if I can find workarounds if it stays a problem.

I heard a report by another blogger about this event several days ago. If you go to a Tweet (April 22, 2019) Tamura Jones https://twitter.com/tamurajones?lang=en, you will find this tweet (I used the translation option as I don’t read Dutch) :

Apr 22

Stamt u af van Mayflower Pelgrim Moses Fletcher? Heet u Koet? Heet uw moeder, uw oma of een eerdere voorouder Koet? Kom donderdagmiddag 25 April (DNA Dag) naar De Waag in Leiden voor één van de 50 gratis DNA tests.

Translated from Dutch by

Are You descended from Mayflower Pilgrim Moses Fletcher? Are you called Kut? Is your mother, your grandmother, or a previous ancestor called Kut? Come on Thursday afternoon 25 April (DNA Day) to the Waag in Leiden for one of the 50 Free DNA tests.

    • I don’t know why it’s not working. It may have been a temporary glitch, or it may be something that will work itself out. I am not tech savvy enough to give better advice. Thank you for letting me know. I may try to get WordPress IT to see if they have a reason or solution.
