Update on Kentucky Cash for DNA Story

In an earlier blog post, Unusual DNA Stories and Kentucky, I mentioned this story –

Possibly the strangest Kentucky DNA case is this one: http://www.wave3.com/2019/04/01/residents-concerned-about-dna-for-cash-transactions-louisville/. Not sure why they are collecting DNA, but it does raise some questions. My suggestion to the station would be to see if they get the tag number of the van and trace it.
