Possibly the strangest Kentucky DNA case is this one: http://www.wave3.com/2019/04/01/residents-concerned-about-dna-for-cash-transactions-louisville/. Not sure why they are collecting DNA, but it does raise some questions. My suggestion to the station would be to see if they get the tag number of the van and trace it.
