If I can give one suggestion to vloggers (YouTube, Vimeo, Twitch, Instagram, etc.), it’s to PLEASE edit or add captioning and a transcript. As somebody who has a severe hearing loss in both ears, the automatic captioning and transcripts that YouTube uses is painful to read as too often the words captioned have nothing to do with what the vlogger said. Some vloggers do a wonderful job of adding an onscreen transcript or add captioning inside their videos.
While I have been using WordPress since July 2013, there are no doubt tons of WordPress tricks and suggestions I don’t know. There are plenty of bloggers and vloggers who talk about WordPress tricks. I know some people learn better by reading and others by hearing. In the past, I have mostly focused on blog posts about WordPress tricks and suggestions. I was forgetting about those who learn better by hearing or seeing over reading. I will be using this YouTube search – https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=wordpress+tips+and+tricks+for+beginners to look for suggestions and tricks that may seem obvious to some, but aren’t obvious to others.
For the most part, I schedule posts because my home Internet is my cell phone and it’s a nightmare to try and create posts using it. I have done it a few times, but I prefer to use one of several places that have Wi-Fi access so I can use my laptop.
