I agree with her statement about making it more difficult for everybody:
However, it is much more complicated than it was. There are rules. However, quite a few people (digital media agencies, in particular) are failing to respect them. And that makes it more difficult for everyone.
That’s true whether it’s the ASA in England and Wales or the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in the U. S.
On a lighter note, her second post I linked above shows some ways to do a start-up with little or no money.
