    I’m afraid winter is not my favorite season and that’s the reason I moved south. Brrrrrrrrr.

    • Before I became very close friends with frostbite several times, starting in the 1983 – 1984 Winter in northwest Kansas, I didn’t mind winter. After three major cases, six moderate cases, and at least a dozen minor cases of frostbite I no longer like winter. I went from becoming able to handle freezing temperatures in short sleeves to needing heavy protection.

      If I could afford it, I would follow my aunt’s route. She loved Colorado Springs, but hated the winters so they spent the winters in a much warmer climate.
