65 Million Online Obituary Records on FamilySearch

This was posted in a Facebook group I belong to: http://www.theancestorhunt.com/blog/65-million-online-obituary-records-available-from-familysearch#.XDD9lM1MGM8. About 30 million are free to view, but around 34 million require a paid subscription to GenealogyBank to view. The link has a list of the various databases on FamilySearch you can look for obituaries. Here’s the direct link for FamilySearch: https://www.familysearch.org/. You will need an account on FamilySearch, but it’s free. In some cases, you may need to access specific items from a FamilySearch Family History Center. In other cases, you may have to be a member of the Mormon Church to access some records.
