Don’t Forget to Fall Back If Your Area Is Under Daylight Saving Time for the First Sunday November 2018

If you are in an area that falls under Daylight Saving (or Savings) Time (DST) – that changes clocks in the wee hours of tomorrow morning, don’t forget to change your clocks. However, remember the adage, “Fall back, spring forward” and DON’T rely on Facebook or other social media memes that have a bad habit of giving the opposite advice or give the wrong day to change it.

Many people change clocks back before going to bed. My clocks tend to be my cell phones and I have them set to automatically adjust for the change although I am often awake at the time change. I also have my laptop set to automatically detect the change which works great as long as the battery doesn’t forget what is the current day/time. It has a bad battery and frequently doesn’t know what the correct day or time is unless I go into the clock settings and remind me to auto-check for datet/time.
