National Medal of Honor Day 25 March 2014

In 1990, Congress designated March 25th as National Medal of Honor Day. According to the American Heroes Channel’s Facebook page, there are 75 living Medal of Honor recipients. Today, the recipients honored three civilians with the Citizen Honors Award. The ceremony was held at Arlington National Cemetery.  The three honored this year are Michael Landsberry, Connor Stotts, and Troy Yocum.
